The sessions are split into stages:
Stage 1: Understanding the business (2-3 sessions)
The first two-three sessions are for you to understand your client and their business. You will need to build a relationship of trust with your client. Try to put them at ease. At the end of these sessions, your client will decide on an area of their business to focus on – this might be marketing, financial management or strategy.
Stage 2: Delivering on a key objective (6-7 sessions)
During the following nine sessions you will work with your client on improving this business area. You may ask your client to complete assignments. Try to speak clearly and ensure that your client understands what they need to do. During this time, you will have a Grow representative who can support you with the project.
Impact Assessment: Evaluating the benefit (6 months after Stage 2 completion)
At the end of 12 sessions, you and your client will have delivered a key objective that will improve one area of their business. Six months after the end of the project, the Grow representative will be in contact with your client to record the impacts that working with Grow Movement has had on their business. Please also make time to share your experience as a VC with us.
