Tip: Ask questions and generate discussion
Make the sessions interactive and ensure that you are not the main person talking. Ask questions and encourage the entrepreneur to anticipate next steps in the development of the project. Ask them to explain their understanding of business concepts or its potential benefits to the project.
Anastasia’s first Grow Movement project was with a client in Uganda who achieved a 31% improvement in profitability! She is now working with her third client.
