Introducing our partnership with Redeem

We are delighted to introduce our partnership with Redeem which will make a real and immediate difference to our work and provide crucial tools to our employees and clients.
Redeem is a leading global provider of mobile industry services to businesses and consumers. Redeem provides services in the sourcing, processing and resale of mobile devices. This year Redeem is focused on supporting clients with a range of new services including diagnostics and supply chain solutions for high quality pre-owned devices.

Paul Adams, CEO of Redeem, said: “Grow Movement is a brilliant charity whose work delivers real and long-lasting change to those who benefit from its involvement. Seeing the value in pre-owned handsets is central to Redeem’s business, so we’re delighted that some of the handsets we’ve processed will now have new lives helping to support African entrepreneurs.”

Redeem supports our entrepreneurs:
Redeem is providing pre-owned smartphones and laptops to entrepreneurs, to help them connect to their volunteer consultants and to have the necessary technology to improve their businesses.

In addition, Redeem has provided our Malawi team with equipment to improve the services we can offer entrepreneurs.

Redeem employee fundraising:
The employees at Redeem have an AMAZING entrepreneurial spirit and are putting that into practice to raise funds for Grow Movement.

In August 2016, 15 Redeem employees took on the Three Peaks Challenge and climbed the UK’s three highest mountains in 24 hours, raising £2000 for Grow Movement.

Employees in the Burton office have raised money from Bake Offs, Christmas Jumper Days and Samosa Days. They even secured over 80 free Thornton’s Easter Eggs to sell and raise money for Grow Movement. To date, almost £750 has been raised in this way.

Redeem’s clients donate:
Redeem’s customers also donate to Grow Movement. The top Redeem Performers for Customer Donations so far are:
• Pia Hagen (Norway) £7207
• Tine Drost (Denmark) £5839
• Jennifer Nygren (Sweden) £4301
• Francois Pony (France) £919

A big thank you to each of you!
