Working with Grow Movement for four years has been very rewarding for us at Linklaters.  The partnership has meant that our people globally have been able to coach over 150 entrepreneurs from five countries in two continents and have a meaningful and tangible impact.

  It was important for us to find an organisation which can offer virtual volunteering opportunities for our whole global network and Grow Movement is quite unique in offering this opportunity and ensuring it has a significant impact on the entrepreneurs.  The impact the programme has is so tangible with so many coaching partnerships resulting in businesses being able to expand and create jobs in those local communities.  I can’t recommend Grow Movement highly enough, from their hard-working team on the ground who support the entrepreneurs, join the coaching calls, are on hand with resources and information about local context, to the brilliant reporting which includes in depth case studies, videos and images of the entrepreneurs as well as the introduction and celebration sessions they host for the full cohort.

Grow Movement have also been accommodating and flexible in their approach with us as we pilot new programmes and fluctuate on numbers of coaches each year.  It is a pleasure to work closely with Violet and the team. I know they are always very responsive and open to ideas whilst being consistent and thorough in their processes, recruitment, matching, and communication.
