Please explain why you think you have the commitment required to be a successful Grow consultant ? * (All Grow consultants require high levels of commitment to completing their projects due to the significant obstacles that need to be overcome to meet their objective. These include cultural barriers, flexibility due to poor mobile phone networks and the difficulties of building a relationship with your business without the benefit of face to face meetings.)

How did you hear about Grow Movement?

We do not expect Grow Volunteer Consultants to donate to Grow Movement as you will already be donating your time and phone call cost. However if you are prepared to donate £15 a month it will help us greatly as we will not have to fundraise the cost of your project elsewhere.

Due to difficulties outlined above all consultants and businesses are required to serve a probationary period of three sessions before formally being included on a Grow assigment. As a charity, Grow also seeks to minimise its administrative burden so consultants are expected to update the online tracking forms without prompting. If these requirments are not met in the first three sessions the party responsible (business or consultant or both) will be removed from the assigment and prohibited from further partisipation on Grow projects.
